The letter I was too scared to read out loud...

Hi Reader,

Last year, I connected with a woman who invited me onto her podcast, Spoken Word by Anamika, to share my story in the form of a poem.

I chose to read a letter I wrote to my younger self…
a letter I could only write once I had enough distance from the pain.

It was one of the most vulnerable things I’ve ever shared.

Afterwards, I felt anxious—like I had exposed some of my darkest moments. But at the same time, it was deeply healing.

And it pushed me even further into my mission: to help heal other lonely, broken hearts.

What’s wild is… I actually started writing that letter about 4 years ago.
Even then, I knew I wanted to help women heal the childhood wounds that show up in their relationships.

In that letter, I wrote: “Once you recognize your worth, you will finally stop chasing love in the wrong places.”

That still feels true today.

If you’re in a season where you know something needs to change—but you’re scared, stuck, or unsure—you’re not alone.

Growth can feel like everything is falling apart…
but it’s often the beginning of everything coming together. 🌷🦋💫

If you need a little push, the episode is only 8 minutes.
And if not, I’d still love to hear from you. 💛

What’s one thing you’ve been hesitating to change in your life? 💬

Everyone's story is different. But you are not alone 💞

Hi Reader I want to talk about something I see constantly in my work with women, and something I think most of us are too uncomfortable to say out loud. We don't choose unavailable men because we love drama. We choose them because on some level, we don't believe we deserve anything better. The good guy shows up - and we run. The toxic one hurts us - and we stay. And we tell ourselves it's about chemistry, or bad luck, or that all the good men are taken. But that's not what's really going on....

Hi Reader, I’m hosting a live workshop this Monday called: Why You Keep Chasing Emotionally Unavailable Men — And The Shift That Changes Everything And if you’ve been feeling stuck in painful relationship patterns, it’s not too late to join us. This workshop is for women who: • overgive in relationships • feel anxious waiting to be chosen • confuse inconsistency with chemistry • or keep ending up with emotionally unavailable partners We’re going deeper than dating advice. We’ll be exploring:...

Hello Reader, Happy Spring 🌿 (even if it still doesn’t fully feel like it yet). I’ve been thinking a lot about this time of year - the idea of growth, of change, of things slowly starting to come to life again. I’m curious how you’re doing right now. What’s shifting for you? What seeds are you planting… or maybe just starting to water? Some of you might be doing this in very tangible ways. I planted hydrangeas this weekend, and there’s something grounding about getting your hands in the dirt...
