You're on the list - here's what's coming (and what you almost missed)

Hi Reader ,

You joined the waitlist for No More Settling - and I want you to know, I haven't forgotten about you.

I've been building this program with real intention because I know the women it's for. I sat across from them in my therapy office for years. Brilliant, high-achieving, self-aware, and still finding themselves overgiving, overanalyzing, and waiting to be chosen by men who couldn't fully show up.

Not because they didn't know better. Because the pattern runs deeper than strategy.

No More Settling is a 4–6 week experience built to change that at the root - through attachment healing, boundary work, and self-worth rebuilding. Not tips. Not scripts. Real, lasting internal shifts.

While I'm finishing the full program, I want to offer you something.

I recently put together a one-hour workshop — Why You Keep Chasing Emotionally Unavailable Men: And The One Shift That Breaks the Pattern - and I'd love for you to be the first to experience it.

As a waitlist member, you'll get first access when doors open. But I also want to make sure you're not waiting in the dark.

Hit reply and tell me: Where are you right now? What's the pattern you most want to break?

I read every response personally, and your answer will help me make sure No More Settling is exactly what you need.

With love,
Randi

I Saw My Abuser Last Week I saw my abuser last week. In the town where I rebuilt my life — across state lines, where I finally found the inner peace and healthy love I had always dreamed of. My partner and I had gone out to dinner on a whim. We normally stay in on weeknights. We'd both had busy, stressful days, so we ended up at his favorite restaurant here in Norwalk. What were the chances that, the moment we crossed the street, I would notice him sitting at an outdoor table across from us?...

An anonymous storytelling movement for women

Hi [First Name], I want to tell you about something I've been building quietly. It's called “I Thought I Was the Only One” — an anonymous storytelling movement for women. Every week, real women share the things they've never said out loud: about relationships, motherhood, grief, healing, career, identity, and everything in between. No names. No identifying details. Just truth. Here's the belief behind it: shame grows in silence. It convinces us we're the only one who's ever felt a certain...

Hi Reader , I’ve been wanting to create something more than a newsletter - a real space for connection, support, and honest conversation. So I started a free Facebook community: Worthy & Whole: A Community for Women Rebuilding Self-Worth This is for women who are done chasing people who can’t meet them halfway, ready to rebuild their sense of self-worth, or quietly wondering if it’s time to leave a relationship that isn’t serving them. Inside, I’ll be sharing weekly reflections, tools, and...
