Tired of chasing people who won't choose you back?

Hi Reader ,

I’ve been wanting to create something more than a newsletter - a real space for connection, support, and honest conversation. So I started a free Facebook community: Worthy & Whole: A Community for Women Rebuilding Self-Worth

This is for women who are done chasing people who can’t meet them halfway, ready to rebuild their sense of self-worth, or quietly wondering if it’s time to leave a relationship that isn’t serving them.

Inside, I’ll be sharing weekly reflections, tools, and prompts -the kind of things I wish someone had told me earlier in my own journey. Plus space for you to connect with others who get it.

This is a private (invite only) group meant to be a safe place for us women. I trust that each of you will respect the integrity of this community.

I’d love to have you in there, and I look forward to our conversations.

Warmly,

Randi

I Saw My Abuser Last Week I saw my abuser last week. In the town where I rebuilt my life — across state lines, where I finally found the inner peace and healthy love I had always dreamed of. What were the chances that, the moment we crossed the street, I would notice him sitting at an outdoor table across from us?...

An anonymous storytelling movement for women

Hi [First Name], I want to tell you about something I've been building quietly. It's called “I Thought I Was the Only One” — an anonymous storytelling movement for women. Every week, real women share the things they've never said out loud: about relationships, motherhood, grief, healing, career, identity, and everything in between. No names. No identifying details. Just truth. Here's the belief behind it: shame grows in silence. It convinces us we're the only one who's ever felt a certain...

Randi Corrigan middle school yearbook photo. The girl this article is about I had a rough weekend. The kind where getting out of bed feels impossible, your phone becomes a lifeline, and the harshest voice in your head won't stop screaming at you to get up and do something. I'm a therapist. I know better. And I still couldn't stop it. So I did what I do? I got curious. I started asking that voice where she came from. She took me all the way back to a condo I grew up in. My mother's addiction....
