Regret won't heal you. This will.

"You are not the version of yourself who tolerated what you should not have. You are the woman on the other side of it"

Hey Reader,

Happy Monday, love. I want to start your week with something important.

A lot of us are carrying something we don't talk about out loud. The relationship we stayed in way too long. The person we loved who didn't love us back the right way. The moments we looked the other way when someone treated us like we were less than we deserved. The years we spent making ourselves smaller, quieter, easier to love.

And we carry the weight of that as regret.

Why didn't I leave sooner? Why did I allow that? Why didn't I know better?

I want to gently remind you of something today: you did the best you could with what you knew at the time. The fact that you know better now? That is not a reason for shame. That is growth. That is the work.

You are not the version of yourself who tolerated what you should not have. You are the woman on the other side of it, still standing, still soft, still worthy of love that doesn't hurt.

This Monday, I'm asking you to try something:

Forgive yourself. Fully. Without conditions.

Not because what happened was okay. But because you deserve to be free from it.

You are worthy of a love that is safe, consistent, and real. And it starts with the love you give yourself today.

I'm rooting for you this week. 💛

With love,

Randi

P.S. Hit reply and tell me: what is one thing you are ready to forgive yourself for? I read every single message and I would love to hear from you.

Hi Reader , I’ve been wanting to create something more than a newsletter - a real space for connection, support, and honest conversation. So I started a free Facebook community: Worthy & Whole: A Community for Women Rebuilding Self-Worth This is for women who are done chasing people who can’t meet them halfway, ready to rebuild their sense of self-worth, or quietly wondering if it’s time to leave a relationship that isn’t serving them. Inside, I’ll be sharing weekly reflections, tools, and...

Randi Corrigan middle school yearbook photo. The girl this article is about I had a rough weekend. The kind where getting out of bed feels impossible, your phone becomes a lifeline, and the harshest voice in your head won't stop screaming at you to get up and do something. I'm a therapist. I know better. And I still couldn't stop it. So I did what I do? I got curious. I started asking that voice where she came from. She took me all the way back to a condo I grew up in. My mother's addiction....

Hi Reader Wow. I am so excited by how many of you have reached out already, hearing how much you’re enjoying the Self-Worth Reset Workbook genuinely warms my heart. Knowing I’ve reached so many lovely women, all learning to love themselves a little harder, is exactly what this was supposed to be about. Isn’t that what life should be all about? Here’s the thing though - it looks like some of you never actually got your hands on the workbook itself. It might’ve gotten buried, lost in a...
