Real talk: how are you actually doing right now?

Hey Reader ,

Okay, I'll be honest - it's been a minute, and I've been thinking about you.

We're in that in-between season right now. Spring is winding down, summer is almost here, and there's this weird energy in the air where everything feels like it should be fresh and new… but for a lot of us, the same old stuff is still sitting right there waiting.

So I wanted to pop in, check in, and just ask:

How are you doing? Like, really?

Since you signed up for the Self Worth Reset Journal, I'm curious, what's shifted for you? What are you still working through? What feels different, even just a little?

I genuinely want to know. Hit reply and tell me one thing — good, messy, in-progress, whatever. I read every single one.

Something I'm excited to share with you...

A few weeks ago I ran a workshop on learning to stop chasing unavailable men -and wow. I was blown away by the women who showed up and the breakthroughs that happened in that room. It was one of those sessions where you could just feel something shifting in real time.

And it got me thinking about what comes next. Because here's what I kept hearing underneath all of it:

"I know this isn't right. I know I deserve better. But I'm scared."

Scared to leave. Scared to be alone. Scared of making the wrong call. Scared of the quiet that comes after.

Sound familiar?

I'm thinking about doing something for the woman who's on the fence.

You know the one. Maybe that's you right now.

Maybe you're in a relationship and something just feels… off. You're seeing the signs. You're having the thoughts. But you're not sure if what you're feeling is valid, or if you're just being dramatic, or if you can actually do this.

Maybe you know you deserve better — but knowing and doing are two very different things.

I want to create a space for that woman. A workshop and/or support group specifically for women who are ready to get real about where they are and what they actually want- without judgment, without pressure, and with a whole lot of support.

But before I build it, I want to hear from YOU.

📊 Quick poll — I want your honest answer:

Your answer genuinely shapes what I create next. This isn't just a checkbox - I'm paying attention.

If any of this hit close to home, I just want you to know: you're not alone, you're not crazy, and wanting more isn't asking for too much.

More soon. 💛

With love,

Randi

P.S. Seriously, hit reply and tell me how you're doing. One sentence. I want to hear from you.

Empowered Woman

I Saw My Abuser Last Week I saw my abuser last week. In the town where I rebuilt my life — across state lines, where I finally found the inner peace and healthy love I had always dreamed of. My partner and I had gone out to dinner on a whim. We normally stay in on weeknights. We'd both had busy, stressful days, so we ended up at his favorite restaurant here in Norwalk. What were the chances that, the moment we crossed the street, I would notice him sitting at an outdoor table across from us?...

An anonymous storytelling movement for women

Hi [First Name], I want to tell you about something I've been building quietly. It's called “I Thought I Was the Only One” — an anonymous storytelling movement for women. Every week, real women share the things they've never said out loud: about relationships, motherhood, grief, healing, career, identity, and everything in between. No names. No identifying details. Just truth. Here's the belief behind it: shame grows in silence. It convinces us we're the only one who's ever felt a certain...

Hi Reader , I’ve been wanting to create something more than a newsletter - a real space for connection, support, and honest conversation. So I started a free Facebook community: Worthy & Whole: A Community for Women Rebuilding Self-Worth This is for women who are done chasing people who can’t meet them halfway, ready to rebuild their sense of self-worth, or quietly wondering if it’s time to leave a relationship that isn’t serving them. Inside, I’ll be sharing weekly reflections, tools, and...
